REFUNDS & RETURNS
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
This is when the item:
– has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
– is unsafe
-is significantly different from the sample or description
– doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase – eg your receipt or order confirmation
Some of our items are covered by a manufacturers warranty. The warranty will cover most major faults. Please check your item to see if it is covered by a warranty and the length of the warranty. Eg 12 months from date of purchase. If you are unsure if your purchase is covered by a warranty. please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, we handle all returns.
If your item is faulty or broken upon receipt, you have 14 days to notify us and return for inspection and/or refund or exchange.
Returning Faulty Goods (if applicable)
If you need to return a faulty product, send us an email at email@example.com, We will provide you with a “Returns Authority Number” before returning the product to PO Box 842, Bathurst, NSW, 2795.
Once your faulty item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot exchange for change of mind. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
